Delivery & Returns

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day Monday to Thursday if stock is available. Friday orders will be despatched on Monday. Delivery should be made in 3 – 5 working days.

If you require more speedy delivery please contact us by phone on 01208 863774 between 10am and 5pm and we will try to help if we possibly can.

Please note that large or heavy items to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands and some parts of Wales may be subject to an additional charge.

Shipping for art and furniture to be arranged and charged after purchase. Please contact us for further details on this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship internationally – please contact us prior to placing your order for confirmation of shipping costs. All duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

COLLECT FROM STORE

Collection from our shop in Rock is available 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Collection orders ordinarily take 1 working day to be fulfilled, although this may change in busy periods. If you need to collect urgently, please give us a call at the shop on 01208 863774 and we will try to arrange this for you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you're pleased with your purchase from The Emporium but if you would like to return it we are more than happy to offer a full refund excluding the original delivery cost.

PLEASE NOTE

1. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and complete with its original tag and any packaging. 

2. All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, unfortunately after this time we cannot offer you a refund.

3. Returns between 14 and 28 days you will be offered a credit note.

4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an unwanted purchase. We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods.

5. We are unable to offer refunds on gift cards.

FAULTY ITEMS

Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you (please contact us immediately if this is the case). If you believe your purchase is faulty please send us an email at hello@theemporium.online. 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email.  Providing the returned item meets our criteria, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment.

We do not refund original shipping costs.
